NaijaStack respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

• Account info: Your email address and password (encrypted).
• Business info: Business name, WhatsApp number, category, and bank details you provide.
• Operational data: Orders, customers, expenses, products, and payment screenshots you upload.
• Technical data: Basic anonymous analytics (pages visited, device type).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the NaijaStack service (order tracking, expenses, receipts, AI insights).
• To power AI features (Magic Fill, Fake Transfer Detector, Business Assistant).
• To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your text or image is sent to Google Gemini via our secure server. We do not store your AI prompts or responses.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase. Each user's data is isolated — no other user can access your records.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase (hosting & database)
• Google Gemini (AI processing)
• Netlify (hosting)
• Google Analytics (anonymous usage stats)

6. Your Rights

• Export all your order data as CSV from Settings anytime.
• Delete any order, expense, customer, or product.
• Request full account deletion by contacting us.
