By using NaijaStack, you agree to these terms.

1. What NaijaStack Is

NaijaStack is a free business automation tool for Nigerian SMEs. It helps track orders, expenses, customers, inventory, generate WhatsApp receipts, and use AI to analyze your business.

2. Your Account

You must be 13+ to use NaijaStack.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
One account per business.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use NaijaStack for illegal activity.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our servers.
Upload fake receipts to defraud others.
Share your account with others.

4. AI Features

AI features are provided "as-is." While our Fake Transfer Detector is powerful, it is not a guarantee. Always verify payments through your bank before releasing goods.

AI features are rate-limited (30 calls/day) to keep the service free.

5. Your Data

You own all your business data. You can export or delete it anytime.

6. Service Availability

NaijaStack is provided "as-is" without warranty. We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

NaijaStack is not responsible for business losses, missed sales, or incorrect AI suggestions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
